Meet Christina

Christina is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor based in Los Angeles, with more than two decades of experience practicing yoga and more than a decade of Pilates.

Her approach to movement is grounded in strength, mobility, alignment, and body awareness, with a focus on making movement both challenging and accessible.

Christina has taught group classes at leading Pilates studios throughout Los Angeles and has spent a season working extensively with private clients in the Hamptons. In private practice, she has worked with a wide range of ages, bodies, and experience levels, including clients returning to movement after rehabilitation and those using Pilates as a complement to physical therapy.

Her teaching combines a contemporary, athletic approach with the principles and precision of traditional Pilates. She incorporates the six core Pilates principles—centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow—into every session, while adapting the work to the individual in front of her.

When she’s not on a reformer or mat, Christina is probably out and about with her one-year-old Goldendoodle, Addie.
